  This is the MILLION dollar question, isn't it? Way too much misinformation out there. Some companies are promoting non-phthalate plastisols as "green" -- the phthalate issue has NOTHING to do with being environmentally green, but rather with personal health and safety.

It is important to realize, that there is NO ORGANIC ink alternative for printing on apparel - none.

You do have choices though -- waterbase (does it have APEO's or formaldehyde??); non-phthalate plastisol (still uses PVC, but uses no phthalate plasticizers); non-pvc, non-phthalate inks (acrylic based - but prints and cleans up like a plastisol).
