Quantum One by Wilflex. Pthalate and PVC free. These inks are more expensive because raw ingredients are costly. As more of us change, the price will drop. Gotta be pthalate free to print for some accounts. More states are passing legislation related to Pthalate and PVC, especially in childrens wear. Some are talking about children under the age of 12 years. | ||
