Yes they are one...but also don't ignore, CCI is 100% california compliant. Kiwo has Cal compliant chemicals..so does Ulano etc. California compliant is not unique to anyone nor is it hard to find. Don't make that the pre-requisite. Ther are cal comp chemicals out there that just don't work well either....and some that are compliant that are still plain toxic. Cal comp does not mean non-toxic. Read the MSDS and get samples to try. | ||
