Stan, Tha WB99 series has been avaialble now for some time, and is already on my sites cart section as a qt mixing system. Note that these are mixing systems, not ready to use colors so it may not be something that many are venturing to purchase as a "trial", I can however get custom PMS colors mixed, and online form will be available soon for one off mixed colors for virtually all Rutland ink lines. Note also that the Claira line is not (to the best of my knowledge) as water based ink. This makes it ideal for shops who wish to continue with a more "traditional" ink that performs similar to an purpose plastisol ink. As for availability, I am fairly sure that Rutland is already shipping the ink from the Charlotte manufacturing facility, and while I have already received pricing I simply have not added the products to my site until I see if there will be a demand for the product, as prices may keep some from doing the right thing, as we commonly see in the reclaim chemical lines as people still use "hot solvents" because they are "cheaper" Of course if you live in California, your not going to get the choice as its already been legislated for you, I am sure other states will follow.
