Good Points Rick. I feel myself the undeserved label placed on plastisol inks is more due to cleaning procedures and ignorance in the industry than the product itself. Good, well planned procedures for cleaning and disposal are key in using any ink system. I for one would not want to be near any printer using "water based inks" who is just dumping down the drain his "earth friendly inks"... the pigments alone scare me...! Prussian Blue, Cadmium, Cerulean, and copper arsenite colors, along with a long list of other toxic pigments are just too easy to dump into the water in cleaning. Just how "green" is Paris Green (copper acetoarsenite)? ____________________ Bureaucracy destroys initiative.
