I don't know -- we haven't moved off plastisol, though we are looking at some stuff coming out in the near future -- but we have switched to soy-based cleaners and use a trap with our washout tanks, use a spot ink remover gun rather than a spray, and paste rather than spray adhesive. Basically, it is all better for the environment and we kill off our employees less frequently In fact the soy-based dehazer and degreaser work better than the stuff we used before, and while the paste doesn't work all that great with hoodies, it works really well with tees and we don't need to apply nearly as often as the spray adhesive.

So, I can't really answer, what is green? But in a serious discussion "We are Thinking Green" and trying to do whatever we can to reduce the damage to the environment and our employees. When a really good Ink comes out that is less toxic, and won't drive us out of business because of the cost, then we will probably make the switch to that. Our goal is to get rid of all the sprays (for air quality) and anything that can't easily be washed down a sink (for water quality) -- the second is going to be a lot harder than the first; which we have nearly accomplished.
