I'll start this out and the rest of you add to it. 1. The slightest undercure and the entire image will cleanly wash out of your largest customer's shirts. But if you walk into the press area with your best dress shirt on and bump into some fresh ink, nothing short of a razor blade will ever get it out. 2. A customer orders 20 dozen plain white T's for his company and a special heather indigo T for his wife because this is her favorite Gildan color. Being the frugal business person you are, you only order one heather indigo. After running all 20 dozen whites flawlessly with no print defects and zero oil stains or holes, you load the single heather indigo and it looks as if it was used to clean the oil off the sewing machine and moths have taken up residence! What's yours? [Edited on 6/5/08 by wise-acre] | |
