In the hustle and bustle of our business lives we often don't notice something that, just a short time ago, would have seemed impossible. It just occurred to me that something like that happened in our office today. It's made even more awesome by the fact that, today, it's hardly anything unusual. This morning one of our techs spent 2 hours on the phone helping a customer of ours get going on his T-Jet. The customer was in Hanoi, Vietnam and the 2 hour call (with video!) was free over the internet through Skype. That we sold a printer to someone in Vietnam would have seemed impossible 20 years ago. And perhaps the best part of this is that today it's no big deal. That someone from Vietnam is using the internet today to get support from an American company is also maybe a great demonstration of how small the world has become - definitely in a business sense.
