Bravo, I looked up the notes for your machine and after reading this post, I am sorry to hear that you are continuing to have problems. There should be no reason why your T-jet can't be up and running for you. We definitely want to help you explore this and see exactly what the problems are so we can work to address them. I wanted to also address the comments about US Screen. Regardless of what you may think and as Aaron has pointed out, we have MANY very happy customers. And yes, we do have our few upset ones. As does any company. It saddens me though, to see that you are in the not so happy category. However, US Screen’s goal has always been to take care of the customer, to get our users up and going and printing. So by all means, please let me know what exactly is going on. I want you to know that we will take care of this and help you resolve this issue.
