It could also be that your transfer is not cured properly when printed. After printing the transfer and adding the powder adhesive, it should go through the dryer at no more than 250° for 30-40 seconds to just "gel" the ink and NOT fully cure it. Then when you transfer it at 325° - 375° for 20 seconds the ink cures, transfers, and activates the adhesive, thus making a perfect transfer. J.R.
