I coat my transfer paper with the adhesive then flick the paper to remove any powder that isn't stuck to the ink BEFORE I send it through the dryer. So, what I hear you saying is, you coat the transfer with the powder adhesive, send it through the dryer THEN remove the excess powder? J.R.
