I am once again confused. Are you printing the ganged labels on transfer paper, and then sending that down your conveyor? Where does the flash come in? Even if you gelled these with a flash, there is no foil involved yet, right? So, you now have a sheet with gelled plastisol which can be cut into your thirty mirrored labels, yes? The way I see it, after being cut, one label is applied with the heat press. Then, a small piece of foil is placed over and re-pressed, adhering the foil. What am I misunderstanding or seeing differently here? ____________________ It's crackers to slip a rozzer the dropsy in snide. Remember the center crease is merely a suggestion. | |
