I'm still confused by your process, but I do realize that I know nothing about actual foil transfers, only adding foil as a heat seal process, to an existing print. The way I would do this is to screen the labels (mirrored) as ganged transfers with a good foil receptive plastisol of a color similar to the foil, and cure to the appropriate temp for transfers ____________________ The Board Best Helps Those Who Help Themselves.
