I can do this type of work, using either PHP with MySQL or Flash with FJax. The backend data, which is the base data information for your shop (shirt costs, overhead, etc.), can be managed through an admin page easily with no training on your part. To get around Calibrated's issues, you can also set up a login for the customers, create a session, and log the data quoted to them on their specific PC, so that you can refer to it later. You can set permissions to limit the number of views, so that if a competitor tries to use it against you, they won't do so for long. You can also put disclaimers on some quotes, and say that if they wish to have a better 'deal', call your shop to see if you can beat your own quote machine.
