However I read you post above and your desire to "have an outline placed around the text" is simply not an option. If a jpeg picture is uploaded to your server there is no method to define the text postion of the image and perform the task you want. As for a contact page with a file upload link, its a very simple task with basic html. Heres a link to a file thats ready made, simply unzip and load to your server then make a menu link.
