Devin, There is no such thing as "inexpensive" direct marketing methods that will offer anywhere near a 10% response rate. Marketing industry standards are about 1-2% return for direct mailings, which is why I don't use them as a "bulk" method of marketing. My web marketing has in general returned about 3-4 times the industry standard response rate, for virtually no costs. If your going to direct market to companies, than be prepared to either spend some cash, or build a finely tuned mailing list that directly targets your customers.
