  We have not been a One Stroke customer...and probably because of exposure. But lately have had several calls from the sales dept. and have received several smpls. Now have some of their product on the shelf. Very impressed with both product and assistance. Have not gotten the sometimes "do this". If my sales rep. (Shipman) didn't know the anwer...they didn't pull a punch. They found out and called back. With the truth...it will work or it won't...and how to use properly if it does.
Then sometimes there's those nice little work arounds..I appreciate the attitude they seem to have. The user can teach and we assist.
Do wish they had more of a product manual that I could just look at. Hate haveing to look things up on a CD. I know..you can call. But when I need an answer it is nice to look in the ink manual and find it. Guess thats why its in the print room. The computer isn't. hmmmmmm
