| I know this post is a month late... but have not been on the boards much lately. I have had a SWF 1502 (15 needle, 2 head) for almost two years now. The longest I have ever had to wait for a service tech to return my call was about 40 - 45 minutes. You can't beat that. Plus, they stay with you on the phone until the problem is solved - unlike some other places I have dealt with. I Highly recommend the SWF machines and service. | ||
