I welcome you to go visit our Yahoo users group and chat with customers of ours, SWF East, to see about our service and support (you can find the link on our website). I read the boards every day and reply, often privately, to customers concerns. If you need further references on SWF East's service, I invite you to go to the Embroidery section of this forum and ask SWF Owners what they think about us. You might even ask for the ones who specifically deal with me. As far as our service (SWF EAST) and support goes; We are the only company that can offer you an option of a full 5 year warranty on parts and labor. Our techs, if you ever need one, will end up costing you up to $300 for a visit on a covered warranty call. If he spends an hour in your shop or two weeks, $300.
