Hmmmm appears that SWF people do read this board? Then I wish to ask....As we are leaving tomorrow to attend the DAX show in KC, for information on new multi head machines. On this board, I have read several remarks, ok complaints, about customer service. And us being one about Taj or Hirsch. The remarks about SWF have not been addressed. If this IS your typical customer service after the sale. Then we, and Im sure others will look elsewhere. Tired of spending thousands of dollars and, granted not often, but when needed the service is not there. When your down your down. As I have said in a previous post...the screen printing industry seems to have excellent customer service. The entry cost between the two is drastically different. Seems quite backwards. So will be seeking much more information on service before we write that big check. For attributes of a machine are thrilling...being able to get help with them is neccessary. | ||
