| Price is number one concern, but service is just as important. How close is the nearest sales office - and do they offer hands on training? I bought a new SWF model 1502 (15 needle/2 head) 19 months ago and love it. NO problems to date that I could not resolve in a 5 minute toll free conversation with technical that spoke understandable English. Their sales office is 1.5 hour drive from my shop and I can run down there easily if need ever arises. | ||
