| The machine is great. most problems you will have will be operator errors. Robert the tech rep needs a raise. he has put me back on track many many times. The other ones are great also. The software I would do research and get something else. Pulse or wilcom are other programs. from what I know they don't have to many problems. once again the machine is great the program is another thing I would not buy it again. | ||
