Hi: In a time where people tend to blast a company all too often when they are not happy, most times forget to give praise when it's due. My Harco dryer went out yesterday (Monday) due to some electrical components melting. I called and spoke with Mike about what parts I needed to get it going. He overnighted them to me immediately, and I got them this morning (Tuesday). We installed them in about 30 minutes and were back up and printing. I am very grateful for his excellent and fast service. I currently have four Harco printers, four Harco/Brown flash units, and three Harco Dryers and am very happy with them, as well as the great service that Mike has given our company over the years whenever we needed it. All I can say is thanks for the good job, and please keep up the good work. I recommend this company, and its fine people! (especially Mike) Thanks again, Jim T-Body Promotions | ||
