I have the same problem followed the advice of others and contacted the company this was there reply: The shocks are $33 each. The knobs range from $5 to $8 each depending on which ones. The flash knob which is the heater control is $40 and a new fuse holder is $25. We do not need pictures, however, I need to confirm that the flash is 120V or 240V.
