  For what it's worth, I have received adequate service from them. Sometimes it's all in "how" you ask the question.

I had pistons wear out way before I thought they should and they did replace them for me free of charge.

I have the 2 station - 4 color and the registrations problems that have been talked about aren't a problem with this unit. For me - it was all about the space! I bought it because it was more "professional" than the crap ones...and still fit in a limited space. We have since moved, and although I'd like to upgrade, it still functions and serves me well.

It has a couple other interesting quirks - like the two platens do not center the same!! They measure correctly, they look like they should - there is nothing I can do to explain it, fix it or even describe it - BUT I have one of them marked to place shirts on it slightly off center. A PAIN, yes, but a big deal, no.
