I have a 4 color press and although it is far from "perfect" the design does work. I have had other issues in the past and if you are firm and persistant, you should get some satisfaction. I would ask for that post to be replaced first and if that doesn't help ask for and get the head replaced. I don't think it is a problem in all their machines and yes you may have gotten a lemon. Ask for and talk to Mike - we ran up against his son at one show and he only talks the "party line". | ||
