I have a Harco 4/4. It's a good entry level press. I can do close registration (has micro reg.) but it isn't necessarily easy... If you're start up, for the price you probably can't go wrong, especially if you don't plan to do really complicated multiple color things. Hows that for an ambiguous answer...
