Killer Graphics

I have had this kid helping me pickup shirts and the dozen thing is above him I think.
So I told him to do them in 10's like a guy I knew years ago that could not find any help that could count in dozens.
We were talking and I told him to fold each shirt and stack them like this guy in CA I know and he told me.............
Why can't he count.
I just had to walk outside
