I do pressure wash but not with a "pressure washer", instead I purchased a garden sprayer attachment with the different settings and I use "JET" to do my reclaim and "SHOWER" for washing out. It was cheaper and did just the same as a pressure washer. Take it from someone who has cleaned and reclaimed screens as a full time job; a hose and a nozzle (or sprayer) is not ...just the same as a pressure washer. I, like you, can reclaim most of my screens with a special nozzle that I have installed in my "wet room", but it doesn't match the results I get from my pressure washer in my outdoor spraying station. Some stubborn spots especially like being blasted from the inside. One thing I'll concede is that the lower pressure from a nozzle or hand sprayer and garden hose, will tend to stretch or tear mesh less when emulsion is not softened. ____________________ The Board Best Helps Those Who Help Themselves.
