"I asked to look at his phone, dropped it, said oops, you could have dropped my stuff, stay off the phone when you are working!!" way to be a jerk , i would've had some choice words and walked out on you. just because your paying someone to work for you doesnt mean they are your little pet. if you respect your employees they will bend over backwards for you. this is the sole reason why i work for myself. ive spent/wasted too many years working for companies that had zero repsect for thier employees. its a sad ordeal and i dont want any part of it. the only shiit i'll take is from an upset customer (if i deserve it) even then i have my boundries before telling them to to take a hike.
