We use Franmar One Step Clear in a dip tank.
We place five screens in at a time and then after 4 or 5 mins start a rotation, take 1 from front of tank and let drain, add 1 to back of tank, move the drained 1 to the washout tank take 1 out to drain, add 1 to tank, scrub, wash and degrease the first one, move to drying area. Then just keep cycle going, move drained screen, put one up to drain, add new screen to tank, scrub and degrease. We do 60 to 80 screens a day this way, when the chemical starts to get low we add a 4:1 mixture to refill diptank and then have to change the complete solution about every 6 weeks. We get between 1500-2000 screens done before we change solution completely so it costs about 10 to 15 cents to reclaim the screen. I have done it this way for over 3 years now with very little problem other than the occasional roller frame that takes on liquid and then leaks when in the exposure unit. Yeah, this makes a mess and usually occurs at the worst possible time but you just clean it up and go on.
