I don't think the headphones are the issue. The employee is the issue. You can ban the headphones, but I believe you will get the same exact results from him. I'm thinking he needs a reality check to straighten up or he needs to find somewhere else to work. Onto the cell phones - you let your employee stop the press to take a phone call? I'd be ok with them taking calls during down time or screen washing ect, but not during an actual run of shirts. ____________________  -- John | |
