	we have banned headphones and cellphones. safety reasons - cant hear people if an emergency, or a fire alarm. we have signs on our doors that state "no headphones beyond this point". we do have a computer hooked to the production radio. pandora.com has a lot of music that is agreeable to most people. might be one way to find a middle ground. if it was my shop and someone damaged a press like that...
