I just threw this on newbies out of the blue and them saw your post here...hope it helps. Respectfully mooseman From the Newbies forum for what it is worth here is some of the mumbo jumbo we ask our customer to accept when they give us tee shirts for print work. Hope it helps some with similar situations. here is the boiler plate; Respectfully mooseman Customer understands that the process of printing sometimes results in unfavorable printing or processing results. As a result customer agrees to a maximum of 10% loss in the quantity of goods supplied, (known as shrinkage) due to various hazzards of the print process. For your understanding this means items sometimes are misprint items, the drying process scorches the material, or the garment simply gets damaged or soiled in one way or another as a result of our work. While we take every precaution to minimize such conditions this potential is ever present and real. The printer will be held harmless and not be responsible for the replacement of any damaged goods up to 10% of the total number supplied. Placement of an order and delivery of goods to us resulting from this quotation is your acceptance to this potential loss. If you requirements are for a minimum number of goods returned please supply 10% more than your required amount to cover this loss potential. ____________________ "If you have to tell em who you are....you ain't" Yogi Berra Respectfully mooseman | |
