Well, I'm only located 40 miles away from them, which is another reason why I chose their brand--as if something went wrong, we'd be close to them, and they'd be close to us. I was hoping they could send someone down to look at it, but that was not an option according to them, even after I offered to pay. Our machine is in a basement and has to go through a standard door and up stairs to get out of here, so for me, it's not even an option to remove it--it's a big ordeal.
