| Use an underbase, gives the glitter a nice level surface to lay on and helps prevent the glitter from hanging up in the screen.Depending on the glitter size your using(and mesh) a clear underbase will do fine on the black shirts.We use alot of glitters on our ladies apparel and under base everything..Navy under Blue..Cerise under pink and so on.
