M&R has always exceeded my expectations when I have needed information. They give out their cell phone numbers so you can always reach them. I had one question when I got my Nuarc exposure unit. I knew that Ron Hopkins was out of the office, so I just left a voicemail. Didn't want to bother him on his cell phone. Minutes, yes just minutes, later I got a return call with the answer to my question. Thanks Ron! Tim Foreman spent a lot of time with me on the phone and email before I ever made a purchase. I love my press. I bought it based on his recommendation and have no regrets. When I assembled it I realized why M&R customers love their equipment.
