No experience with that machine, but, assuming that your press is level and was assembled correctly, I would strongly suggest that you speak with Mark Vasilantone or someone else at Vastex, as they specifically state that; 5.2 Printers are partially assembled, inspected, and adjusted for all heads down prior to partial disassembly and packing. It sounds like something got knocked out of whack big time. I see that even their entry level V1000 is capable of "multiple heads down", since only two of six will line up with four stations.
