Flame resistant cabinets are required where the ink is flammable. That means a flash point under 100 degrees F. or 141 degrees F., depending on the regs you are following. Plastisols have a very high flash point of about 450 degrees F. and are considered very safe in respect to fire hazard and no one requires flame resistant cabinets for plastisols.
