  Plastisols are "Non-Hazardous Waste". That is unless you have added some solvent to the pail or if it contains Heavy Metal (Lead) pigments. Get an MSDS from the supplier to verify what you have.
Therefore it can be thrown into the dumpster.But since it can look like liquid paint and local authorities may question it, most printers will solidify it by curing it before chucking it. Some guys spread it out in a metal tray and send it down the dryer conveyor belt
