I'm not sure if it's even available in North America. I can't imagine the 3M equivalent not being suitable. My experience with 3M adhesives would suggest it would be more than adequate.

Likely a number of the contact adhesives will work perfectly fine, it's more in the application where the adhesion will fail.

The key is to get both surfaces clean, even if you have to give the surfaces a wipe with some alcohol - Meths, Acetone, Isopropal etc. Spread the adhesive on in as even a layer as you can get, all the way to the edges (I go beyond the edges and just clean up after) Let it get tacky before joining both surfaces.

I run my Vastex R-18 flash an inch or so off the pallett all day long, on max temp, and I have only had to re-glue X3 of the pallets, the other 3 are still running as they came out of the box, direct from the factory.

Just get both the rubber and the metal pallet completely clean of old adhesive first, the rest is pretty straight forward and simple, and really shouldn't be a problem using the 3M product.
