Man if you aren't the biggest whining SOB on the planet. If you have to do it 5 times, that means you didn't do it right 4 times previously. Re-glueing pallet rubber is a fact of life, welcome to textile Screenprinting. Peel your rubber off, CLEAN IT COMPLETELY clean of old adhesive, this includes the pallet and the rubber, use lacquer thinner, it cleans off the old adhesive easier. Then get a good hi-heat contact adhesive. I use this: ![]() Lay it up so you have a nice even coating on both the pallet and the rubber, leave it sit till it's tacky as opposed to "wet". Then lay both surfaces together, I use a roller to squash any air out, I then lay a pallet on top of another to give it a bit of pressure, leave it over night and it'll be fine. I had "issues" about the rubber sticking to the pallets a short time after receiving my V-2000 a few years ago. Really, it's not that big a deal, really it's not. Your incompetence and incessant whining isn't the responsibility of the manufacturer either. How about for once in your life you shut the hell up, listen to the details, and for once, actually do something right. This will be the last time I ever bother to reply to any of your nonsense or stupidity. Good luck either way. *edit - This post was intended for the thread author.
