Hi all, I've been stumped about this for a while but I really should know this by now. Matsui inks are supposed to cure at around 300 degrees so with the heat gun, to get the shirt 300, I have to set the temp at 660 or so. When I mention this to others using Matsui, they think that sounds super hot. but if I set it at 300 the shirt won't get that temp. Also, it's supposed to be in for 60-90 secs which would be oh 5-7 passes per shirt. It's "working" at 660, 2 or 3 passes (11 secs in per) but I've scorched a few and I just don't know what's best. I'd love to slow it way down and set it at 300 and 1 pass but is that crazy. Is it just this dryer because everyone else seems to be setting their temp at 300. Is that a bit rambly? Thanks all. | |
