I've had corners lift a little. Here's what I do. Take some masking tape and tape diagonally across the corner and around under the pallet. In addition to this, I try and only put my adhesive on the pallet where the image on the shirt is to be printed, not so much to keep the corners from peeling, but so I don't have to practically tear the shirts off the pallet. I use TexTac brush on, so it's easy to control where it goes. That'll pretty much solve your problem. As far as aluminum pallets go, there's another thread on these forums about problems with aluminum tops warping from flash heat and pressure on an automatic press, so that's not a cure-all as many think. Truthfully, the steel pallets on the Vastex are, in the long haul, probably one of the best features of the presses, because they're guaranteed not to warp (and from the way they're pressed out, they probably never will). | |
