I took a piece of mdf about the size of a pallet, bored four 3/4" holes just inside each corner, then cut off 4 pieces of pvc pipe about 2" long, making sure the bottom was perpendicular to the length. Place the mdf in a screen clamp and bring it down over the pallet. Level the mdf with your micros and screen tilt bolt, and get it approximately the distance off your pallet that you want. Take that distance, add the thickness of the mdf, then mark that total distance off on the pieces of pvc with a pencil mark or a piece of tape and place one piece in each hole in the mdf, making sure they don't bind in the hole. Now you can sight across the mdf and see which corners are not level to the mdf, loosen the adjustment nuts on the pallet and raise or lower the corners as necessary to level the pallet to the mdf. Do this on all your pallets. I've only had to do this once and mine are all pretty much on the money. When taking the time to do this, make sure your pallets are raised or lowered in a position that gives you the most adjustment in your two micros that raise/lower/tilt the screen.
