My shop is an eclectic collection of different manufacturers goods, but it's all new when purchased. Admittedly, the only thing I own that's Vastex is their Universal Registration System. It was at least their second design (I only know it was updated as I placed my order). I suspect that someone made a slight "oops" when packing it and put in a couple of pieces of hardware for the previous design which made it unusable for me. Mark V at Vastex along with Doug Greiger worked with me over the phone for about 20 minutes while I described the situation, gave Mark measurements & descriptions of what I had along with what I thought it would require to correct the situation, and he had the right hardware sent to me in no time at all.
