I have owned my V2000 and Exposit for about 5 years and love it. I have spoken with Mark V. several times, including about 45 min at a show a year before I made my purchase. He has never been anything but helpful and sincere. Any problems (very few) I've had were handled quickly. Had a tech walk me through rewiring my exposit until they could get me a new timer. I only ended up with about an hour of downtime.
