| You might have mentioned what problem, besides "customer service", you were having with your equipment, and which piece in particular. I own a V-2000 6/4 and their registration system, both of which I'm pleased with and bought mine second hand, and the customer service rep I spoke with was extremely helpful in telling me how to break it down and reassemble it after moving it. I subsequently purchased a new 18x24 flash dryer with the heavy-duty base, and it's great. I can't say that the Vastex is the BEST press made, but it's one of the best, solid as a rock, and certainly one of the most affordable high-end manual presses. I'd buy another anyday, and would recommend their customer service as being excellent, as have others on these boards. | |
