Steve, I was just fustrated with the software. I feel that when you buy something most of the issues should be addresed. When I buy a new car I expect it to start. I just put in a new furnace I expect it to run. There might be some small issues with products we buy in life but I do expect it to run. I should know better that to buy software thats just out for release, shame shame on me. As far as service pack 1 we did download and put in every windows update that old BILLY has wrote for windows, per your email. We installed Adobe CS Illustrator, PhotoShop and Corel X3 and everything ran fine with no windows updates. As we talked on the phone we are still having issues but we do have it running. Are computers are running windows XP Pro 32 bit @ 2 years old and Windows XP Pro 64 bit 2 months old. As I said on the phone it has the same problem on both machines. I'm not in any way slamming your software. My art department loves your software. I'm just frustrated that we had all these issues. Again I'm the guy who pays the bills around here and I thought we wasted to much time just getting this up and running, And we are still not there quite there yet. I realize you have put alot of effort and time on developing this software and no computer systems are alike. Its just when you flop your hard earned dollars down you like to have it start up. Again I would like to say to anyone who reads this that I have recieved plenty of support from Digital Art Solution on there product and in no way knocking there product. I was just trying to give some fellow business owners a little heads up to some issues we were having here.
