Mike, Thanks for slamming the software. For one thing SD is extremely solid and your initial problem on the 32 Bit side was you have XP Service Pack 1 and have not ran windows update for who knows how long. Service Pack 2 is required because of the optimization done for 64 Bit Processors and OS's which it absolutely flies on. The splash screen will sit there and spin until you open a new document in CorelDRAW. In the SD manual it does recommend that you start Corel by itself first, turn off the splash screen and select Start with a New Document. It also tells you that in the splash screen.
